The challenge
CrownCouture wanted to achieve a significant increase in salon enquiries for their wigs and hair replacement services. Having tested a couple of small ad campaigns through Facebook in the past with minimal results, they were keen to explore different platforms to achieve their goal of turning enquiries into consultations.
The solution
We planned and executed a paid advertising strategy across Google, Facebook & Instagram with a full restructure of the META account. The focus was to create highly targeted and relevant campaigns that would reach the right audience at the right time and help us connect with new potential customers, as well as their valued existing customers.
